FAQ's 

1. How does the service work?

You pick up the phone or email us and we will arrange to pick up your laundry, iron it then bring it back the next day.

2. Do I provide hangers with my clothes?

If you would like to then we will return your clothes on your hangers to you. Otherwise we provide hangers free of charge for the first service and then we ask that you recycle them with each following service.

3. Do I have to have my clothes returned in plastic wrap?

No! We are happy to return your clothes without plastic wrap if you let us know in advance.

 4. How do I pay?

There are a couple of options. You can pay on delivery by cash or cheque, or we offer internet banking for regular customers and we will provide you with our bank account details with your invoice, if this is your preferred method of payment.

5. How do I know how much to pay each time?

Your ironing will be returned with an invoice each time with a breakdown of costs per item.

6. How long does the trial offer last?

We offer the trial offer to every new customer for their very first service. After that we offer our very competitive rates and please refer to our pricing page.

7. When do you pick up and deliver to my area?

For most of central Auckland we will pick up and deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 1pm and 8pm depending on the schedule. Please give us a call to find out when your area is serviced.

8. Do I have to be home when you pick up and deliver?

No! Some customers arrange for us to pick up from their home from a pre-arranged location eg. back door, garage, and deliver back to the same point.
